The westernest city of Russia. Former Soviet Navy Base. Has a lot of historical sites. For example: St.Adalbert's Cross erected on the occasion of the 1000th Anniversary of the Death of the Christian preacher; ruins of the ancient Knights' castle Lochstedt (XIII c.) and others
