In februari en in November was ik in Kaliningrad en had daar individuele lessen bij de taalschool “Privet”.
Op de school werd ik zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Anton en Irina.
Ook de leraressen waarvan ik individuele lessen had , Marina, Olja en Inga gaven uitstekend les.
Tevens wordt door de Directie alles op een geweldige manier voor je opgelost.
In de weekends werden er excursies georganiseerd en voor de theaters werd aangekondigd welke voorstellingen er waren en indien nodig toegangskaarten geregeld.
Ook alle andere problemen worden voor je opgelost.
Het is tot nu toe de beste school waar ik geweest ben en
kan de school “PRIVET’ van harte aanraden

Clemens:
Die Sprachschule war super, ich hab soviel gelernt wie noch nie! Einzig Olga schaute immer so streng.
Daniel:
Ich habe in der Sprachschule viel gelernt.Wir haben gelernt frei zu sprechen, die Wörter so zu betonen wie ein echter Russe oder eine echte Russin und einiges über die Geschichte von Kalinigrad. Meiner Meinung nach war Olga die bessere Leherin, da sie Deutsch konnte, aber ich hatte etwas angst vor ihr da sie sehr streng war. Mir haben die Ausflüge mit Sergej und Anton sehr gefallen, denn man hat mit ihnen Spaß haben können und wollte man etwas wissen brauchte man nur Sergej zu fragen. Er wusste einfach alles.
Melanie:
Es war sehr lustig und interessant. In der Sprachschule lernten wir viele neue Dinge. Unsere Lehrerinnen Olga und Marina, waren sehr nett. Ich würde dort wieder hinfahren und die Schule besuchen.
Markus:
Mir hat es in der Sprachschule sehr gut gefallen. Wir lernten eine Menge neuer Sachen, die wir im Unterricht, aber auch im Leben sehr gut gebrauchen können. Ich würde die Reise auf jeden Fall wiederholen.
Lukas:
Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das im Unterricht aktuelle Themen behandelt wurden. Der Unterricht war ``locker`` und spaßig, trotzdem wurde sehr viel Stoff (Grammatik, Phonetik usw.) durchgenommen.
Michael:
Meiner Meinung nach wurde die Woche sehr gut geplant und auch durchgeführt. Als einziger Kritikpunkt, würde ich es für besser erachten, wenn weniger Lektionen behandelt würden, diese jedoch gründlicher.
Philipp:
Am Anfang hatte ich ein bisschen Angst, die Sprachschule in Kaliningrad zu besuchen. Aber als ich unsere Lehrerinnen in der ersten Stunde kennen lernte, gefiel es mir. Die Unterrichtsstunden waren großteils interessant und ich habe viel gelernt. Manchmal war es auch recht lustig. Insgesamt mochte ich die Sprachschule „Privet“ sehr gerne und habe die Zeit dort genossen.
Christoph:
Mir hatt der Unterricht in der Sprachschule sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Lehrerinnen Olga und Marina waren sehr nett. Ich lernte eine Menge neuer Dinge. Im Großen und Ganzen, bin ich froh, an dieser Reise teilgenommen zu haben.
Armin:
Die Sprachschule in Königsberg war sehr gut. Der Unterricht war interresant, lustig jedoch auch sehr lehrreich. Vielleicht wäre es aber besser gewesen wenn wir weniger Theme behandelt hätten, diese wenigen dafür aber vertiefender.

Ottima scuola di linga Russa sia nell’ambito dell’insegamento sia in quello orgaizzativo inerenteal soggiorno. La citta di Kaliningrad e accogliente e interessante.

‚Privet’ is a rare example of a Russian language school that offers flexible, high quality tuition, good value and professional service. I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness of the teachers and the staff, and have only had positive experience with the accommodation provided. As an advanced learner I fully recommend this school to others.

I am very pleased to attend the course and to choose the “PRIVET!” school was really the best choice. Before I came to Kaliningrad I had a lot of questions and Anton was always very quick with responding. During our e-mailing I realised the staff might be nice, helpful and friendly. I also took my dog with me and Anton did all the best to find a suitable place for living. And he completely succeeded. Thanx AntonJJJ
I started out as a beginner and now after 3 weeks I can say I have learnt a lot. The teachers are very nice, very friendly and they have a lot of patience. At the beginning I was worried about understanding them but they know how to explain the grammar in easy way. If you don’t understand something they use good methods and they are willing to explain things till you understand. The teachers also give you a lot of material including grammar and reading exercises.
The school is small but cosy and you feel like a past of the “PRIVET!” family”. Also the groups are small which is very positive because everybody is given an opportunity to get most out of each class.
Everybody is great so thank you very much to the “PRIVET!” family”.

P.S. I would like to recommend less information in such short time, maybe more grammar exercises including speaking when it comes to difficult part of grammar. J As I said I’m very satisfied at all.J

I have to say that I’m generally very pleased with my course – the staff is very friendly, especially I like Inga a lot – she was great to work with in my individual lessonsJ They all together make you feel as a part of a big family – they were trying their best to make us feel good and “happy”, for instance, I was very pleased about how my “problem of being bored in a class” was solved.
I also like how the classes are small (mach smaller then in some courses I have been to before), so we all got a chance to get to know each other well enough.
Overall, Irina and Anton were always helpful and there for as if we had same questions/ problems, and my other teacher, Marina, had always anecdotes to tell and ready to laugh with as.
The only “comment” – a serious one I’d have about the speed which we worked with – for me it was a bit too slow (in a group), but for my classmates it may have been too much information, since we come from different backgrounds (Slavic, Germanic, Romanic …) And perhaps it would be good if you had test at the beginning of each course (on grammar) – this way perhaps, it would be easier to make groups.
But as I said, I am happy about my choice and have enjoyed Kaliningrad a lot.

It was been perfect in all the ways. A very professional school: very good organization, very good teachers and an excellent director and collaborators. They all help you in any way or any need. Thanks a lot.
Just a little note about the excursions. If you don’t speak German you don’t know most of the time what is going on. Very little English or Russian.
Another note: “The party” was just perfect. Making those little Russian dolls it was very special. Good food, good tea with the Samovar, good atmosphere. GREAT.
I hope to come back to enjoy my learning.

Die russische Sprachshule „PRIVET!“ ist zu empfehlen, weil:
- der Unterricht in kleinen Gruppen durchgeführt wird
- der Unterricht sehr effektiv ist, weil die Sprachlehrerinnen eine spezielle didaktisch-methodische Ausbildung haben
- die Atmosphäre in der Schule freundlich-familiär ist
- ein interessantes Ausflugs- und Freizeitprogramm, zum Teil kostenlos, aufgeboten wird.

All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay here in Kaliningrad at the language school Privet. The Russian instruction was on a professional level with special attention being paid to the students’ individual needs. Organization and the accommodation left nothing to be desired. I can recommend this school with no reservations and hope to return in the future.

Ich habe die Russischsprachschule PRIVET vom 06.03.10 - 20.03.10 besucht. Ich erlebte die Schule als sehr professionelle und effiziente Schule. Im Unterricht in den kleinen Gruppen (3-4 Schüler) wurde die Russische Sprache von Grund auf von hoch qualifizierten Lehrerinnen vermittelt.
An dieser Stelle nachträglich ein Dankeschön an die Lehrkräfte. Ich bin begeistert und kann die Schule bestens empfehlen. Auch der Aufenthalt bei der Gastfamilie (2-Personenhaushalt in einer schönen Wohnung) war herzlich und das Essen war köstlich. Dazu kommt noch der kulturelle Teil, der mir auch sehr gefallen hat.
Alles in allem: Einfach spitze

If one seeks the combination of highly professional Russian courses and the opportunity to practice the language on an everyday basis in the store, in a café, in a restaurant, the PRIVET! school in Kaliningrad is the perfect choice.
PRIVET! offers committed teachers and a location (Kaliningrad) in which the rarity of English-speakers provides direct application of classroom-knowledge; in Kaliningrad one will speak mostly or only Russian. I thus highly recommend PRIVET! as a way to quickly improve one’s ability to speak Russian!
