Cancellation fees
Euro 50,- of enrollment fee are non-refundable, if and only if the visa support letter is already in process at the time of cancellation.
Special discounts
In order to avoid possible undercutting of the agent's local prices, PRIVET! does not offer fee discounts on normal direct enrollments by students. In case of a special promotional offer, any such special terms offered to direct clients are made equally available to the agent. The only difference is that the maximum discount to a student coming through an agent cannot exceed 10%.
